How do I start a charging session?

For this demo, imagine selecting station AKL-01, checking its connector and following the charger’s on-screen instructions. You can use “My session won’t start at AKL-01” as a webchat test scenario.

What if a charger isn’t working?

A useful support conversation starts with the station ID, connector number and the message on the screen. Try the fictional station HAM-02 in your demo. Nothing on this website controls a real charger.

How much does charging cost?

This demonstration has no real tariffs, payments or billing. Ask about pricing in webchat to demonstrate how a customer enquiry is handled.

Can I get help with a receipt?

Use a fictional session reference such as DEMO-1024 to try a receipt enquiry. Please use sample details for demonstration conversations.
